The Thailand Business Partnership for Community Development (TBP) was launched on March 1, 2006 at the British Ambassadors Residence in Bangkok.

The Thailand Business Partnership has been created to unite and support Thai and International companies in their efforts to engage in community development activities throughout Thailand, using their corporate skills, human resources and where required
financial assistance.
The reason behind the formation of the TBP is the belief that only a business approach can empower the underprivileged to improve their economic and social circumstances. The business sector is uniquely positioned with its human and and other key resources, to be the vehicle for this principle.

Project 60, with its goal of achieving 60 community projects in one year, is the first inaugural project of TBP. Other projects will follow which will use business solutions amd resources to bring long term benefits to Thailand and its people.

TBP is a programme of The Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum.
